Why California?
If California were a country, its economy is deemed 6th. If you put a dot on the center of downtown Los Angeles and draw a circle with a 60 mile radius, this is called the undisputed economic capital of the state of California. In this circle, a third of it is water! The rest of it holds 46% of California’s population, 45.5% of total bank deposits, 55.8% of the largest companies, 67% of California’s international trade and 3rd per capita Gross National Product compared with leading nations. The ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles are the 3rd busiest container ports in the world. You can find this info on laedc.org and Wikipedia.
Here’s the gold. Southern California is projected to absorb a population that of 2 Chicagos by 2020. There are 100 million acres in California, and only 2 million are left to develop – 2%! Based on the population explosion and the scarcity of land, I want to own as much of this land as possible in order to receive the gold in the future. My land will be in high demand by developers and consolidators. But this is not just any land. This is land with extremely well-planned research. You must be very careful.
